Role Overview:
Join our trades and engineering team as a Carpenter / Joiner based in Islington, North London.
Responsibilities:
- Execute Carpentry works and related trade duties as directed by the Supervisor.
- Work on Responsive, Planned, Empty Homes, High-Value Repairs, or Capital Repairs to the highest standard.
- Efficiently plan and organize workload for optimal productivity and exceptional customer service.
- Handle urgent and emergency repairs, ensuring timely appointments and target achievement.
- Communicate promptly about unforeseen issues or delays that may impact daily appointments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Recognized C&G Apprentice trained in Plumbing NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
- Multi-skills training to a minimum of NVQ3 or a willingness to undergo training.
- Possess a Blue Craft CSCS Card or commit to obtaining it before employment commences.
