Akton Resourcing is a well established multi-sector recruitment specialist. We are currently looking to expand our Social Care team with a confident and motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is motivated by success and financial rewards.

You will be responsible for sourcing new candidates and new roles. You must be a driven self-starter as this is the tough part of the job.
There is no getting away from it; recruitment is a target-orientated industry, and you will be expected to generate revenue to an agreed monthly target.
