We're looking for a suitable Senior Practitioner to provide social work leadership, expert advice, guidance, and practice on complex health, social care, legal processes and ensure residence receive the support they require in the community by connecting them with community resources.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Your responsibilities will involve interacting with professionals across health and social care teams to ensure that residents have access to a high quality of care and support.

2. This will entail coordinating with local mental health providers, the Haringey Learning Disability Partnership, and other Council departments such as Reablement, Housing, Community Safety, Brokerage, and Legal.

3. As a senior practitioner you will also assist the team managers and Head of Service to ensure
that social workers are supported in their practice and offer a reflective space and professional supervision.

4. You will also be a lead and expected to be confident and proficient in accessing and using Council resources and systems including MOSAIC, Hari-NET, Community Connectors, and systems that support social workers learning and development in Haringey as well as other national professional development networks.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
* You are required to be a qualified and experienced Social Worker looking to use or develop your experience in a leadership role within a multi- agency setting.
* Have a sound knowledge of legislation that underpins health and social care for service-users with mental health needs. You will have a confident approach to a range of health and social care records, processes, and systems.
* For Review Team Post being an AMHP is preferred, but you will be expected to undertake AMHP Training at the earliest opportunity.
