We're looking for a suitable to provide social work leadership, expert advice, guidance, and practice on complex health, social care, legal processes and ensure residence receive the support they require in the community by connecting them with community resources.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Your responsibilities will involve interacting with professionals across health and social care teams to ensure that residents have access to a high quality of care and support.

2. This will entail working with community mental health teams, the Haringey Learning Disability Partnership, and other Council departments such as Reablement, Housing, Community Safety, Brokerage, and Legal.

3. As a senior practitioner, you will engage with team managers and the Head of Service to ensure that social workers are supported in their work and that a reflective space and professional supervision are available to them.

4. You will also oversee accessing and exploiting Council resources and systems, including as MOSAIC, Hari-NET, Community Connectors, and other platforms that assist social workers' learning and development in Haringey, as well as other national professional development networks.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
* You are required to be a qualified and experienced Social Worker looking to use or develop your experience in a leadership role within a multi- agency setting.
* You need to have a sound knowledge of legislation that underpins health and social care for service-users with mental health needs.
* You will have a confident approach to a range of health and social care records, processes, and systems.
* For the AMHP Service Role you will need to be an experienced and practicing AMHP with at least Three years post qualifying experience.
