Customer Service Advisor
Akton Recruitment currently has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor with Telephony experience to join the contact centre team with the local authority in Bristol.

Must have telephone contact centre experience as this is the main area the candidates will be working, but on occasions maybe asked to work in our One Stop Shop, doing face to face enquiries.

To provide and promote a professional, high quality, front line customer focused service to all callers, processing information in response to enquiries, concerns or requests for Council services received through various channels, and ensuring that all enquiries are swiftly and comprehensively resolved at first point of contact. Ensuring that they are processed in one transaction, as far as is reasonably practicable
Experience of working within a complex customer service delivery environment either face to face or by telephone 
To provide and promote a professional, high quality, customer focused service to all callers To deal with telephone enquiries housing repairs from customers in a professional manner, consistent with corporate customer services standards and targets.
