Our client is a family run business specialising in Heating, Mechanical and Electrical services. Established in 1985, we have a wealth of experience within the industry, and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Job Summary
We are currently looking for an experienced plumber to join our team and work across one of the largest office space providers in London. You will be maintaining and repairing pipes and fixtures associated with heating, cooling, water distribution and sanitation systems in commercial buildings as well as inspecting drainage and other plumbing systems for compliance with local and national regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Maintain and repair a wide range of commercial and domestic plumbing problems including leak detection, unblocking toilet/stacks etc. and general servicing of plumbing related goods
* To ensure satisfactory fault rectification
* Complete minor plumbing installations, testing and commissioning
* Ensure allocated, planned maintenance and small repairs are carried out in a timely manner
* To undertake general maintenance tasks and survey inspections
* Source parts required for allocated jobs
* Maintain full Health and Safety at all times
* Filling out job reports and time sheets with full details of each job and your works plus any recommendations
* Any other duties as reasonably requested

The Ideal Candidate will have
* A minimum of 5 years' experience within the industry
* A relevant NVQ or other equivalent qualification in plumbing studies
* A valid CSCS card
* A good understanding of Health and Safety legislation
* Basic hand tools
* Good communication skills and the ability to speak confidently and professionally to our clients personnel
* Good IT skills and the ability to use a PDA in order to carry out allocated jobs and complete daily work reports
* The ability to plan and manage your own workload including ordering your own materials via a selected network of approved suppliers
* Punctuality and good time management skills
* Good problem solving skills
