Plant, Fleet & Maintenance Supervisor
£28,000
Wrexham

Duties & Responsibilities
* Managing and organising maintenance, servicing and any repairs for company
vehicles & plant (Service Scheduling, MOT's, 6 Weekly Checks, LOLER & Certification
of Conformity). Will be working with specialist machinery including laser tech but
there will be full training provided.
* Managing and overseeing the day-to-day workshop duties. Establishing priorities and
allocating work to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
* Managing the Head Office, Workshop and Yard maintenance
* Ensure preventive maintenance programs are carried out as per schedule and
monitor post repair performance
* Monitoring and organising vital vehicle and plant paperwork including certificates
and manuals (Pre-Shift Checks and acting upon reported issues)
* Raising purchase orders and signing off invoices
* Controlling costs to keep in line with company budget goals
* Monitoring equipment registers and keeping them up to date (Surveying Equipment
and Lifting Equipment)

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Have experience working with fleets of vehicles and plant machinery (Preferably
within the construction industry)
* Have experience managing employees
* Have knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
* Have a full valid driving licence
* Be organised and contentious
* Conduct themselves in a professional manner
* Excellent computer skills and knowledge of spreadsheets and other management
software and systems
