Akton Recruitment currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parking Customer Services Officer in London
Please note this is a contract position so Parking and Penalty knowledge is essential
The post holder will be expected to have the following qualities:
Exceptional Time keeping
Exceptional IT skills and ability
Good communication skills
Ability to work to deadlines and targets
An ability to work in a methodical manner and as part of a team and;
The ability to multi- task, plan and work flexibly.
All officers must have the ability to work in a Customer Service Team and be able to answer queries relating to the end to end processing of all Penalty Charge Notices, which includes payments, correspondence, appeals, county court registration and bailiffs (including their issue in relation to CCTV contraventions).
- To be able to carry out all administration work associated to this team of officers.
