IT Telephony Project Manager- Lambeth

The Technology Business Unit operates to Design, Deliver, Run and Maintain the
technology solutions and services required for the Council to process business and deliver
services to the residents of Lambeth. All functions work collaboratively to deliver effective
end to end solutions and services.

This role works within the Delivery function which is accountable for the planning and
delivery of new and changing technology solutions and services, to the agreed time and
budget parameters that effectively meet the objectives of agreed business cases, technical
and business change utilising controlled and agile ways of working.
The Project and Change Manager operates within the established frameworks of the
Technology Portfolio in order to deliver a range of technology and change projects.

* Skype for Business (SfB)
* MS Teams
* Contact centre solutions - adoption and migration of front line voice services
o Integration with Business Tools
o Interface; ease of use and disability friendly
o Call Recording
o Flexibility and Scalability; Blended in house and work from Home and other offices
o Call Quality
o Provisioning and Internal Support
o Security and Encryption
* Experience of VOIP and SIP Products
* Working as part of a structured, fast paced programme
* Responsible for leading Business Analysts, Contract and commercial leads and TDA resources.
* Excellent communication skills
* Expert in planning (MS Project)
* RAID & Action control, identifcation and management
* Senior level sponsor engagement - excellent presenting and problem solving skills
* Experience working for local authorities is highly desirable
