JOB TITLE: ICT Service Desk Analyst
Akton Recruitment are seeking to employ an ICT Service Desk Analyst for a client in Esther.
The role as an ICT Service Desk Analyst is to receive and log service desk calls from internal customers and accurately transcribe the details of the issue on the service desk ticketing system as well as allocating the tickets to the appropriate member of staff. You will also be expected to monitor and update tickets as and when required and undertake password resets and update the hardware inventory with accurate details.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to follow set procedures accurately.
- Computer literate, with some IT skills and the ability to pick up and learn new skills on the job
- Knowledge of iPad/iPhone usage is desirable.
