JOB TITLE: ICT Service Desk Administrator
Akton Recruitment are seeking to employ a IT Service Desk Administrator for a client in Esher.
Your role as an IT Service Desk Administrator is to receive and log service desk calls from internal customers and accurately transcribe the details of the problem/issue on the service desk ticketing system. You will also be expected to allocate tickets to the appropriate member of staff and then monitor and update that ticket as and when required.
- You should have good customer service skills with the ability to: Use the phone to communicate effectively, Accurately log details of what is said on the service desk ticketing system, Articulate verbally ensuring the information is correct and accurate, strong written skills, Understand and transcribe details.
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
- Computer Literate, with some IT skills and an ability to pick up and learn new ones.
- Advanced Word, Excel, Outlook and Office 365 skills.
