Organisational Development
The Role
- To successfully deliver excellent performance in organisational development and equality and inclusion
- To work with the Board, Senior Management Team and Managers to drive organisational development.
- Ensure the company delivers best practice in equality and inclusion across the organisation through partnership working, locally, regionally and nationally
- To ensure a customer focused approach is adopted in all aspects of the service
- To attend meetings/team briefings/staff conference as and when required with internal and external bodies
The Requirements
- CIPD (full level 5 qualification) or equivalent in a related field
- Extensive experience of Organisational Development achieving measureable positive change
- Ability to analyse performance information and utilise to inform and improve services and strategies
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to identify solutions and opportunities in a changing environment
The Contract
- Temporary Contract
- £20.73 PAYE (Paid via Umbrella Company - Rate to be Uplifted)
