Organisational Development

The Role

To successfully deliver excellent performance in organisational development and equality and inclusion
To work with the Board, Senior Management Team and Managers to drive organisational development.
Ensure the company delivers best practice in equality and inclusion across the organisation through partnership working, locally, regionally and nationally
To ensure a customer focused approach is adopted in all aspects of the service
To attend meetings/team briefings/staff conference as and when required with internal and external bodies

The Requirements

CIPD (full level 5 qualification) or equivalent in a related field
Extensive experience of Organisational Development achieving measureable positive change
Ability to analyse performance information and utilise to inform and improve services and strategies
Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to identify solutions and opportunities in a changing environment
