Akton Recruitment are working with the Local Authorities to fill a contract position for a HR Administrator. The role will be working with a well known national charity on a contract until at least December this year with a potential to be extended beyond that. This is a full time role working from home. However due to a potential phasing back into the office candidates are required to still live locally.

Accountabilities (Duties & Responsibilities)

* Be responsible for HCM and ORC administration in the system including work structures (jobs, positions, work patterns)
* Provide support with MC file preparation to allow MC interfaces to run smoothly (NHS Jobs)
* Provide help and assistance to our staff and volunteers directly or indirectly about the HCM, ORC and future modules of Oracle.
* Respond as required to users raising questions about the Oracle system.
* Provide informal signposting for users to relevant self-service related content, including documents, websites, educational material.
* Provide more formal signposting of users to other non-Oracle related support services, e.g. for an IT infrastructure issue, or a business payroll or procurement issue.
