Homeless Assessment Manager
Akton Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Homeless Assessment Manager based within the housing department of a local authority in Wakefield
The Homeless Team is part of the Councils Housing Needs Service. The postholder will effectively manage a duty team to ensure the Council meets its statutory responsibilities to people that are homeless and threatened with homelessness. You will be part of a team that ensures the statutory homeless investigation, procedures and decision making are undertaken correctly on behalf of the authority, in accordance with legislation, case law, guidance and good practice.
