Akton Recruitment currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Helpdesk administration near Oxford
This is a temporary (at least until 31/01/2020, with the potential of becoming permanent) full-time role working approximately 38.5 hours per week, on a rotating shift pattern of 4 on / 4 off(days and nights), 06:00 - 18:00 and 18:00 - 06:00.
Skills Qualifications or Required Experience:
- Good level of education.
- High level of customer service skills.
- PC illiterate.
- Organised and tidy.
- PLANON System (training given as necessary)
- Microsoft packages.
- Customer service systems/procedures (training given as necessary)
- Professional and polite.
- Positive attitude and enjoys a challenge.
- Flexible and highly motivated.
- Must be able to work well under pressure, in a team or lone working.
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
