I am looking for a Head of Technical for an independent bakery who supplies bread products to the foodservice sector.
The ideal candidate needs to be an experienced and knowledgeable Head of Technical within the food industry (bakery). Experienced with BRC audits and highly knowledgeable about HSC and due diligence. You need excellent knowledge of HACCP and BRC standards.
- To lead the company’s technical strategy and quality plans.
- Responsible for ensuring that activities meet with and integrate with organisational requirements for quality, food safety and health and safety.
- Ensure all NPD is technically sound, legal and produced safely
- Ensure all materials purchased are in accordance with the company policy and are supplied from reputable suppliers, including raw material supplier audits.
