They specialise in the high-quality delivery of a wide range of building structures projects across the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. We are looking to welcome the successful applicant to play a part in the delivery of a wide range of small, medium and large building projects across numerous sectors. To be considered for this Graduate Structural Engineer role you will:
  • Hold a minimum qualification: BEng/BSc Civil/Structural Engineering
  • Have experience working with steel, concrete, timber and masonry
  • Have aspirational desire for self-improvement and the ambition to become a valuable member of the team to ensure the future growth and success of the business
  • Think creatively and logically to resolve design challenges
  • Have a clean driving licence and use of car
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
 
Key responsibilities of this Graduate Structural Engineer role include but not limited to:
  • Play a part in the delivery of a wide range of building projects from inception to completion
  • Attend site projects and design team meetings as required
  • Lead small projects independently on a range of contracts
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, contractors and manufacturers
  • Have a knowledge of using engineering design software is desirable
  • Prepare your own designs, design calculations, drawings and project documents under the guidance of an Engineer
  • Assist with bid proposals
