Full-Stack Developer- Basingstoke
£430/day

1. To contribute to the design and development of the Council's public websites and Customer Digital Platform according to agreed specifications
2. Strive to provide a better customer experience
3. Meet business needs and achieve business process efficiencies
Main responsibilities
1. Define and develop custom software solutions using web technologies on a predefined development framework
2. Manage the entire SDLC process for the production of software and associated bespoke integrations
3. Participate to group meetings with business areas to clarify functional product requirements and other artefacts impacting the design
4. Interpret and refine specifications and requirements based on business and technical needs
5. Analysis, development and deployment of software and APIs
6. Write clean, functional code on the front and back-end to create and iterate accessible web services
7. Development of integrations to/from various back-end services and databases
8. Perform technical analysis, testing, fix bugs or other coding issues
9. Provide feedback to management during the development process
10. Write and maintain technical documentation
11. Ensure relevant systems and processes support business requirements, efficiencies, and a positive customer experience
12. Work with the Customer Platform supplier to ensure implementation of the platform is to required standards
13. Ensure that service delivery complies with current regulations, accepted professional standards, the council's policies and procedures and appropriate legislation (including legislation on data protection, equalities, health and safety and safeguarding children and vulnerable adults).
14. Undertake any other reasonable duties as may be required commensurate with the level of the post.
