FM Customer Service

Akton has a vacancy for a HELPDESK ADMINISTRATOR

Supporting the Operational Team in all areas of Service Delivery with a key objective ensuring contract compliance in terms of PPM delivery whilst overseeing jeopardy management and logging of Reactive Work Orders. Additional clerical tasks apply such as monitoring of sickness/annual leave and co-ordination of staff overtime.

Previous exposure to a FM environment is desirable but not essential for this post. A firm understanding of all Microsoft packages (Excel, word, powerpoint). Ability to operate CAFM system, SAP and COUPA is essential (Training will be provided)
