Looking for a suitable Early Help Practitioner to join the Outstanding Achieving for Children (AfC) team. As an Early Help Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing all elements of high-quality assistance to children and their families in order to enhance their outcomes. You'll require a strong dedication to children's and young people's safety and well-being. You'll need to put a lot of emphasis on problem-solving thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that caseloads of children and young people are managed in compliance with casework objectives.

2. Working within time-frames and policies which are set by the department.

3. Conducting Early Help Assessments, coordinating and leading on support routes through Team around the Child meetings; working directly with children and their families, and developing customised Early Help plans in partnership with them.

4. To be an Early Help Worker for AfC, you will be passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of children and young people

Essential Qualifications:
* (HCC). A relevant Professional Qualification.
* 5 GCSEs or equivalent including English and Maths (C and above)
* Appropriate Level 3 Qualification (i.e. A Levels, HNCB/NVQ 3)
