3. To identify and engage vulnerable/hard-to-reach parents, promote their participation in activities and education to support their own and their children's development, and to assist them in participating in selected interventions to build their independence.

4. Provide effective one-on-one and/or group assistance for individual families on parenting, practical, and other concerns in a variety of settings, including home visits, while following to the lone working policy's rules and monitoring risks in all scenarios.

5. Encourage and assist local parents to have a say in service development across all aspects of the BCFP programme, and to allow them to form peer parenting support groups in collaboration with other relevant organisations.

6. Assess need, plan, implement, and review support for families with casework supervision as needed, while involving parents and partner agencies to enable them to identify appropriate and realistic life-long learning opportunities, activities, interventions, and support for themselves and their children/adolescents.

7. To provide support, mentoring, or supervision for Family Workers in schools, including regular liaison regarding referrals within Bromley Children and Family Project or other agencies, and to support their personal development to enable them to organise needs-led activities for parents, including appropriate venues and crèches, as requested.

8. Recruit, manage, and train a team of crèche employees on a local level, as well as encourage their professional growth.

9. Contribute to the growth of the BCFEIPS and BCFP services by reaching out to a wide range of partners, including statutory, voluntary, and community organisations, as well as other organisations.

* A relevant professional qualification in Community work, Social Care, Education, Health, or Youth work or a degree and/or significant experience in a relevant related field.
