Facilities Manager required for a contract based in Portsmouth

The Role

  • This role provides Technical support to the Contract Manager.
  • To manage a small team providing PPM and reactive support for all Contract M&E Maintenance.
  • The successful candidate will be instrumental in the technical performance and maintenance of standards.
  • Facilities Management of a Naval Base

The Requirements

  • They will need a knowledge base of working with electrical, mechanical, fire, BMS Systems and building fabric components.
  • Basic DBS would be desirable
  • Extensive Facilities Management Experience

The Contract

  • 08:00-17:00 Monday - Friday (40 hour week)
  • £20 per hour
  • Based in Portsmouth
