Facilities Coordinator required for a fantastic contract based in Liverpool
- Raising purchase orders, good receipting invoices, raising invoices to Clients & SPV, running accruals, running aged debt, maintain sub contractor register, raising quotations, support with monthly contract reporting and open work order management
- Experience of working within a Facilities Management Environment, good standard of education, experience of document control and excellent organisational skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Applications and in house IT management systems - SAP / COUPA, Works to tight deadlines
- Temp Contract 3 Months
- Based in Liverpool
- £9.62 per hour (Paid via umbrella company - rate uplifted to cover charges)
