As a Customer Advisor, a typical day might include:
* Answering calls to customers.
* Applying your knowledge of the business in assisting customers.
* Working with colleagues across the business to ensure customers are provided with the answers to their enquiries.
* Ensuring all internal system are updated correctly.
Your role is all about being the voice of housing - you'll often be the first and main contact for our customers and we want to provide amazing service. Bringing your personality and individual flair, you'll be passionate about making your customers day.
You will be asked to work on a ROTA basis, all Rotas will be done every 4 weeks, candidates will have to be flexible,
shift days will be 5 days out of 7, some weekends will be required and shift times will vary from the below,
13:00-21:00 (only 1 day a week)
the candidate will need to be Gainsborough based as the role will be remote working sometimes and may be required to work in the office other times.
