Akton Resourcing has a vacancy for a Complaints Officer

Enfield Council's Public Realm Department are looking for a driven and experienced Complaints and Information Officer. Public Realm delivers many frontline services including waste and recycling, and has an opportunity for an experienced Complaints and Information Officer to join the team. The successful candidate will be required to manage, organise and resolve service requests, complaints and member enquiries, in line with the Council's response timescales and protocols. The successful candidate should be self-sufficient, have the ability to use their initiative as well as have the ability to build relationships with customers, Council Officers and Management. A large part of this role will be managing customer expectations and navigating a number of different systems to solve problems and find the very best outcome for the customer.
