Helpdesk role on the CE FM Helpdesk Key duties include: Management of jobs on Atrium System Management of clients SharePoint Site (Scanning & Uploading of Documents) Raising POs to suppliers on COUPA Raising IOs in SAP for jobs Raising Jobs with Sub-contractors Supporting Team Leader with the management of reactive jobs.
SkillsPrior helpdesk experience (essential) FM experience (deseriable) Experience of using COUPA & SAP (deseriable)
