Our fee is 30% of the candidate’s total remuneration unless otherwise agreed.

Senior Directors and rare skilled and sought after candidates are in high demand and can be very hard to find but with our Search & Selection Team, we can make it happen.

  • On site visit in order to understand the person requirements, environment and issues faced by the position
  • A discreet & confidential service for both client and candidate
  • A recruitment strategy devised for each specific candidate

Outsourced Recruitment

Our experience has taught us, that the sheer number of agencies and individual contracts that our clients are dealing with on a daily basis can be a real nightmare.

We aim to take all this stress away from the client.

All recruitment will be brought in-house either on site with the client or based at Akton's head office, All recruitment agencies will then work under Akton’s terms and conditions and all C.V's will go through Akton, making one point of call.
