****Procurement Support Desk Team Leader – Reading – up to £26,000pa****
The successful candidate will lead and manage the support desk to provide front line support and customer service on Group procurement suppliers, applications and associated environments. You will also lead the team to troubleshoot the query / problems and advise on the appropriate action or to re-direct if required.
You must be able to:
- Demonstrate your ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders up to MD level to help support, understand and align Procurements objectives to the business’ needs.
- Implement procurement transformation by working with stakeholders, responding to any issues and appropriately guiding / directing.
- Act as procurement advisor / advisory body within the Group and externally.
The successful candidate must take swift action to resolve anyissue with integrity, whilst always being aware of the customers point of view. Additionally you must be able to identify and understand the issues, problems and opportunities and takes action that is consistent with available facts, constraints and probable consequences. As a team lead, you must be able to engage and influence others by using a wide range of communication methods and styles, in order to facilitate understanding and encourage communication both within your own team and more broadly.
